Danielle Wilson

Danielle Wilson has worked in the lending industry for over two years. Danielle began their career as a loan officer assistant with New Penn Financial. In this role, they were responsible for data entry, running credit reports, and qualifying borrowers. Danielle also helped to prepare initial disclosures, including the Loan Estimate.

In April 2017, Danielle transitioned to the Julie Aragon Lending Team where they took on the role of loan partner and processor. In this position, Danielle was responsible for processing loans from origination through funding. This involved data entry into the Point LOS system, running credit reports, qualifying borrowers, and calculating income. Danielle also ran pricing and searched guidelines for loan placement as well as obtaining stips to submit the loan to underwriting for approval. Throughout their time with the Julie Aragon Lending Team, Danielle worked closely with clients, agents, Escrow, and Title to obtain the items necessary for loan submission and funding.

In June 2018, Danielle joined WE Lending as a post closer. In this role, they are responsible for reviewing loan documents for accuracy and completeness and ensuring that all post-closing conditions have been met. Danielle also prepares loan files for delivery to investors and services.

Danielle has a strong knowledge of the lending process and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Danielle is a quick problem solver and is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the loan process.
