Martha Salgado

Martha Salgado is currently a Funding Manager at WE Lending. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Post Closing Analyst at Stearns Lending from August 2013 to November 2013. In that role, they were responsible for assessing loan quality, eligibility and compliance for selected loans. Martha also ensured that selected loans were in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as the most current FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, internal, and investor requirements. In addition, they performed reviews of credit and income documentation for accuracy and compliance to validate underwriter’s loan approval.

From April 2015 to July 2017, Martha worked as a Compliance Analyst at Kondaur Capital Corporation. In that role, they were responsible for identifying loan deficiencies and trends and reporting them to management in order to develop enhancements to procedures and training. Martha also communicated resolution of disputed items to QC team and regional managers to ensure audit accuracy and consistency.
