Twila Childs

Twila Childs is currently the Transition Team Manager at WE Lending. Prior to this, they served as Production Manager from November 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Production Assistant at loanDepot from July 2020 to December 2021.

Twila started their career in the mortgage industry at US Bank in May 2016 as a Mortgage Processor. In September 2019, they transferred to the role of Mortgage Quality Control Specialist and remained in that role until July 2020 when they left US Bank Home Mortgages.

Outside of the mortgage industry, Twila has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Mercatus Center and as a Supplemental Instructor at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Twila began their professional career as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in August 2006.

Twila Childs completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
