Paulo Ferreira

Paulo Ferreira has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Paulo began their career in 2013 as an Empregado de mesas e balcão at Pastelaria Nobre. In 2015, they worked as an Empregado de Cafetaria at Continente for a brief period. Paulo then worked as a Tratador de animais at Moreira Farm from January 2017 to July 2017. Paulo subsequently worked as an Operador de armazém at Frissul for a month before joining Virtualpack as an Embalador from November 2016 to December 2017.

In September 2017, Paulo transitioned to Safira Facility Services S.A., Grupo Derichebourg, where they held the role of Empregado de limpeza. In this position, they were responsible for maintenance, support to supervision, and team management. Paulo also had additional responsibilities such as customer service, reception assistance, event space organization, conflict management, problem-solving, and archiving. Paulo worked at Safira Facility Services for five years until August 2022.

In 2022, Paulo joined ManpowerGroup as an Assistente de atendimento ao cliente for a short period from September 2022 to October 2022. Following that, they worked as a Recrutador at GlobalPeople, Formação e Recursos Humanos from November 2022 onwards.

In 2016, Paulo completed modular training as a Technical Assistant in Health and an initiation course in Spanish, both at Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional.

In 2021, Paulo studied Integrative Aromatherapy at Noble Work Foundation and completed courses in introductory psychology and beginner-level Chinese through Coursera.

In 2022, Paulo studied "Curso Prático do Direito do Trabalho" and "Mini MBA em Gestão administrativa e laboral dos Recursos Humanos" at Certform. Paulo also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and courses in payroll processing and human resource management at Cognos Formação e Desenvolvimento Pessoal.
