Shawn Kinch

Shawn Kinch has a diverse work experience in software development and contracting roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Web Application Developer Contractor for the Iowa Secretary of State, creating a web interface for mock elections. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Application Developer Contractor at DuPont Pioneer, developing business solutions for the Global Seed Field Management system. In 2014, they worked as an Application Developer Contractor for Heartland Crop Insurance, implementing and maintaining RESTful web services. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Web Application Developer Contractor for the State of Iowa OCIO, creating enhanced claims reporting systems.
