Farah Wilson

Farah Wilson has extensive work experience in the legal field. Farah is currently serving as the Chief Legal and Governance Officer at Wealthify since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of General Counsel at Wealthify from March 2022 to October 2023 and Head of Legal from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Wealthify, Farah worked at Aviva from 2012 to 2021, where they held the role of Senior Legal Counsel from October 2014 to January 2021 and Legal Counsel/Outsource Risk and Oversight Manager from March 2012 to October 2014.

Farah also worked as a Legal Counsel at Bupa Care Services from September 2011 to March 2012, providing commercial legal advice on a range of contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters. Prior to that, they worked as an In-House Lawyer at WYG Group from July 2010 to September 2011.

Farah'searlier experience includes working as a Solicitor at Hogan Lovells for a temporary assignment involving litigation and commercial contract review. Farah also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons LLP and as a Researcher at the House of Commons.

Farah's career began with an internship at the United Nations in 2005. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in legal counsel, governance, contract management, and regulatory affairs.

Farah Wilson attended Notting Hill and Ealing High School from 1990 to 2001, where they completed their A-levels in Government and Politics, French, and Art. Farah then pursued a degree in Politics and Philosophy at the University of York from 2001 to 2004, achieving a 2:1. Farah later studied at The College of Law, York from 2005 to 2007, earning a GDL and LPC degree with a focus on Acquisitions, Banking and Debt Finance, Public Companies and Equity Finance.
