Swarna Jana

Swarna Jana has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. In 2007, they started their career at IBM as a Software Developer and worked there until 2011. After that, they joined Kony, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they worked at Futecs KK as a System Engineer and Test Engineer for a year. Currently, they are working at WealthPark Co., Ltd. since 2018, first as a Head of QA and later as a Scrum Master. In their role as a QA Manager, Swarna manages a team of QA Engineers responsible for web and mobile applications. Swarna defines quality procedures and ensures the implementation of a proper test strategy. As a Scrum Master, they are responsible for managing the scrum process, facilitating meetings, and aligning goals with product teams.

Swarna Jana completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, spanning from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2023, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
