Sophie D'Amours

Sophie D'Amours is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience and customer support roles. Currently serving as Team Lead for Client Experience at Wealthsimple since February 2024, Sophie has previously held senior positions at Moves from June 2021 to December 2023, and has developed skills in communications and client care at VdeV Maison. Sophie's career began with foundational roles in customer service and recreation assistance, including experience at companies such as Cactus Club Cafe and Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology from the University of Ottawa, an Ontario College Diploma in Social Work from St. Lawrence College, and is currently pursuing further education in Interior Decorating and Design at QC Design School.
