Lauren Martin

Lauren Martin is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in coaching, operations, product management, and marketing. Currently serving as an Accountability Coach, CEO, and Founder of Luminate Love since February 2022, Lauren is dedicated to empowering women on their self-love journeys. As Operations Director at Property Damage Experts Inc. and Founder & Executive Director of Wear Your Crown, Inc., Lauren creates supportive environments for women through community events and collegiate chapters. Previous experience includes roles at Red Ventures as an Associate Product Manager, where Lauren led performance meetings and analyzed data for product development, and various internships that honed skills in marketing, finance, and program support. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
