Agnieszka Piechaczek

Agnieszka Piechaczek has over 17 years of experience at AMS, currently serving as a Senior Manager in People Operations since June 2006. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner, change agent, administrative expert, and employee champion, notably contributing to the India Integration project stabilization phase. Agnieszka has also led various talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on tech transformation, employer value proposition, internal mobility, and governance. With a strong leadership background, Agnieszka has managed teams and accounts across multiple regions, particularly overseeing a significant brand-building project in Poland. Educational qualifications include a BA in journalism and an MA in pedagogics from Jagiellonian University, along with a postgraduate degree in HR Management from Wyzsza Szkola Europejska.
