Ali Interior

Ali Interior has extensive experience in recruitment administration and account implementations, with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Recruitment Administration at AMS since August 2014, Ali has overseen multiple roles including Senior Manager and Implementation Consultant, focusing on performance management, resource utilization, and KPI reporting. Previously, as Section Manager at PSG Global Solutions from June 2010 to July 2014, Ali managed onboarding processes and trained leaders in performance management. Ali's career began at Convergys, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing internal processes, and performing operational duties. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
