Allana McLeary

Allana McLeary has extensive experience in client service and resource management, currently serving as Client Service Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions since May 2009, where roles have also included Resourcing Team Manager for the Contact Centre and Resource Specialist for Banco Santander. Since July 2014, Allana has held the position of Principal Resource Specialist at Banco Santander. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Xchanging from October 2006 to May 2009 and progressing through various roles, including Warehouse Supervisor at Christian Salvesen, from August 1999 to March 2006. Allana holds an HND in Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 1998.
