Ashley Knott

Ashley Knott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and transformation within the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Implementation and Transformation at AMS since August 2010, Ashley leads complex projects to implement new recruitment solutions, focusing on North America and Latin America. Previous roles include Global Operations Director at AMS, where Ashley managed financial performance and risk compliance, and Head of London Operations at Robert Walters. Ashley began a career in consultancy at Nicoll Curtin. Academic qualifications include an MA in Philosophy from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Honours) in Philosophy from Queen's University.
