Claire Andrewes Assoc CIPD (nee Owen) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Manager at AMS since May 2013, Claire is focused on optimizing operational performance and ensuring contractual SLAs are achieved through detailed analysis. Prior to AMS, Claire held the role of Senior Recruitment Manager at Deloitte, leading recruitment efforts for enabling functions and managing stakeholder relationships. Experience also includes positions as Business Manager at Hays Senior Finance and nonstopIT Security, where Claire specialized in senior finance placements and business development, respectively. Claire began a career in recruitment with Hays in 2004 and has a background in accountancy and finance recruitment. Additionally, Claire holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from City of Bristol College.
