Darla Robinson Chrp

Darla Robinson CHRP, CHRL is an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant and Manager at AMS since January 2013, specializing in hiring top talent across Canada, the US, and Mexico within diverse sectors, including Finance and Talent Acquisition. Following the acquisition of HirePower by AMS in 2023, Darla has continued to contribute to employee initiatives as a co-lead of the HOPE committee and a member of the Global Mentorship Program. Previously, at HirePower, Darla led a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists on-site at major clients such as Loblaw, Definity Insurance, and the City of Markham. Prior to HirePower, Darla served as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Loblaw Companies Limited, establishing strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Executives. Darla also has a background in human resources from CIBC and took time off to focus on family responsibilities while maintaining a role as a part-time Recruitment Consultant. Darla holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
