Ellen Baylis

Ellen Baylis is a seasoned professional in sustainability and compliance with extensive experience at AMS since October 2013, where current responsibilities include leading the Sustainability program as Senior Manager, focusing on climate management, ESG governance, and stakeholder reporting. Previous roles at AMS encompass Internal Audit Manager and Business Assurance Partner, contributing to compliance and governance efforts across multiple standards. Additionally, Ellen volunteered as a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish® UK, coordinating memorable experiences for children. Ellen holds an IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management from Astutis and a degree in Business Management from The Open University.
