Emma Duck has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, currently serving as Early Careers and Campus Senior Manager and APAC Emerging Talent Lead at AMS since April 2016. Emma's previous roles include Implementation Consultant at AMS, Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., and Graduate Recruitment Operations Manager at Deloitte, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end selection process, overseeing third-party provider relationships, and team management. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Aston University, completed in 2003.
