Jenna Harkin McIpd

Jenna Harkin MCIPD serves as the Interim Head of HR for UK&I Client Services at Alexander Mann Solutions since March 2017. Previously, Jenna held various roles at Banco Santander from April 2007 to February 2017, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Senior HR Manager, where oversight of a team supporting Retail and Corporate Banking and management of large scale change projects was key. Additional experience includes roles at Google as a Resourcing Consultant and at Venn Group as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the IT sector in the Public Sector. Jenna's educational background includes a CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from BPP and a 2:1 degree in English and French from University College Dublin.
