Jodi Douglas

Jodi Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, event management, and customer service. Currently serving as Team Lead Recruitment at AMS since June 2021, Jodi has also worked as a recruiter for Delta Air Lines and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter Consultant for Safelite AutoGlass, where over 70 placements were achieved in six months. Prior roles include various management positions at Assist Marketing, overseeing recruitment for national events, and serving as Market Manager and Brand Ambassador in the automotive and event industries. Jodi's background is rooted in experiential marketing and event management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship Track from the University of Central Florida.
