With a background in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from York University, Lucy has over 20 years of experience in recruitment. Prior to AMS, Lucy worked at CIBC as a Sr. Resourcing Lead and at Husky Injection Molding Systems as a Human Resources Specialist. Lucy manages the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding, while also overseeing a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Consultants.
