Lynne Player

Lynne Player is a seasoned leadership coach and global HR expert with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the Leadership Coach at Lynne Player Coaching since March 2024 and the Global Head of HR at AMS since August 2013, Lynne has a proven track record in aligning HR initiatives with business strategies to address organizational change and enhance customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Principal Client Services Manager at AMS, Research and Talent Acquisition Manager at Metzger Search & Selection, and Recruitment Manager at Microsoft. Lynne holds a Diploma of Education in Coaching from Henley Business School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with The Open University.
