Haytham Elhawary

Haytham Elhawary is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with significant experience in the fields of technology and healthcare. As Chief Strategy Officer and Cofounder of Kinetic Insurance since October 2021, Haytham focuses on innovation strategies utilizing technology to prevent workplace injuries, highlighted by a wearable technology platform that reduces musculoskeletal injuries by 55%. Previously, Haytham held multiple leadership roles at KINETIC, which specializes in minimizing workplace injuries for frontline workers. Haytham's expertise extends to mentorship at Indiegogo and R/GA, executive direction at the Zahn Center for Entrepreneurship, and a senior scientist position at Philips Research North America, where 18 patents and over 35 scientific publications were achieved. Haytham holds a PhD in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra.
