Jason Ferber has worked in various roles since 2005. Their first role was as a Call Center Manager at PROMOTECH in 2005. Jason then moved to Westwood College Online in 2006 as an Assistant Director of Student Services. In 2008, they became a Certification Manager at Zed. From 2010 to 2018, Ferber worked as a Customer Service Manager at Collective Goods and then as a Billing Analyst Manager and Manager, Partner Success at Axcient. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Customer Service at Pact.

Jason Ferber earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Business Communications from The University of Kansas.
