Claude N. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claude began their career with Whirlpool Corporation, where they worked as a Warehouse Lead Hand from 1999 to 2006. Claude then moved on to National Oilwell Varco, where they served as a Warehouse & Inventory Control Supervisor from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Claude joined Borets Weatherford as a Purchasing & Inventory Control Supervisor from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Claude joined Regent Energy Group Ltd. as a Purchasing and Inventory Manager, where they worked until 2014. Claude then joined Weatherford, starting as a Supply Chain Manager in 2014 and excelling to various roles, including Category Sourcing Lead, Sourcing Manager - North America, and ultimately becoming the Director of Category Management, Global Supply Chain - Direct. In these roles, they developed comprehensive category strategies, managed key supplier relationships, negotiated contracts, and monitored industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Claude's extensive experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of optimizing sourcing and procurement practices.

Claude N. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2012 to 2018. They also obtained an SCMP Certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from SCMA from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Claude N. has a Certificate in Operations Management and a Certificate in Project Leadership from NAIT. They also have a Level One Warehouse Certificate from Fairview College. Claude N. has an additional certification in Project Leadership from NAIT.
