Todd Glance

Todd Glance is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and strategic leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Delivery at Weatherford since August 2024, Todd previously held key roles at Otis Elevator Co., where responsibilities included global service operations and manufacturing optimization, and Lear Corporation, where Todd led significant improvements in supply chain efficiency. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Dell in global supply chain design and procurement, as well as strategic roles at McKinsey & Company and Ford Motor Company. Todd holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan, an MEng in Systems Engineering, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
