The founding team at Weatherman has a history of working in the meteorology field for various news organizations. They have experience working as meteorologists and production coordinators at Fox News, Fox Television, CNN, and The Weather Company (an IBM business). They also have a range of educational backgrounds, with one member having studied Spanish Literature at Arizona State University.
