Rob Reale

Rob began his career at WeatherWorks as an intern and part-time employee while attending college at Rutgers University. After graduating in 2010, he became a full-time meteorologist and has taken on many responsibilities. Rob is both the Director of Education and Assistant Operations Manager. He is focused on educating employees to make sound forecasting decisions and advising clients to make important weather-related business decisions. Rob has spent his entire life in Northern and Central New Jersey and is proud to forecast there on a daily basis.
