About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Web3 Head of Growth to join our expanding team. As the Head of Growth, you will be pivotal in growing our community & client base and driving revenue by identifying and engaging potential customers in the blockchain/ crypto/web3 industry. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities: 

• Sustaining and Developing the token-based economy of the project.
• Showcasing the WeatherXM vision at events, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners within the Web3 industry.
• Implement growth strategies to increase the community and enhance member engagement in Twitter, Discord, Youtube, Redit, etc
• Identifying and seizing new opportunities to grow our market presence.
• Working closely with our CEO, founders, development teams, product, and marketing departments to ensure business objectives and strategies are aligned.
• Applying your Web3 and crypto ecosystem expertise to clearly convey our value proposition and offerings to clients and partners.
• Keeping yourself up- to- date of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Being self-motivated, results-driven, and having a growth-oriented mindset.
