Rich Lidstrom

Rich Lidstrom is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently at The Hershey Company since September 2024 and Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing since March 2022. Previously, Rich held the same managerial position at Catalina Crunch and Ornua, where responsibilities included collaborative plant improvement projects to enhance production quality and operational efficiency. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Technician in Quality & Microbiology Labs, focusing on product testing and compliance with HACCP standards, and as a Senior R&D Technician at The Schwan Food Company, creating food products for school meal programs. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
