Seth Phillips

Seth Phillips has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Seth is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Weavix, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they briefly served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Weavix from August 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Weavix, Seth was the Director of Software Engineering at a software company from October 2021 to July 2022.

From July 2020 to October 2021, Seth worked as the Director of Software Development APIs, Integrations & Business Intelligence at TEAM Software. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at Verint where they held multiple roles. From August 2016 to May 2020, they were the Senior Manager Product Strategy, responsible for various components of Workforce Optimization and owner of Verint's Global Application Programming Interface Program and Strategy. Seth also launched Verint's Customer Engagement Solution, Social Engagement.

Seth also served as the Managing Principal Architect - Pro Serve/Solutions at Verint from September 2011 to August 2016. In this role, they were the lead architect for Verint's North America Professional Services team and responsible for infrastructure and architecture surrounding the implementation of Verint's Engagement Management Platform.

Before joining Verint, Seth worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at Deloitte from November 2010 to September 2011. Seth also gained experience as a Software Architect/Consultant at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2010.

Seth's early career includes roles such as Associate Vice President & Technology Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2005 to June 2007, Contract Software Engineer at Nations Title Agency from January 2005 to June 2005, Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at CSC from November 2002 to January 2005, and Software Engineer at Boeing from June 2001 to November 2002.

Seth Phillips attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Seth'sarea of study was in Management Information Systems and Finance. In May 2021, Seth obtained the Advanced Technology Leaders Academy certification from AIM Leadership.
