David Muscat has worked in various roles throughout their career. David started their career as a Research Engineer at the University of Malta in 2009, where they worked until 2010.
After that, they joined Ixaris in 2010. At Ixaris, they held multiple positions over the years. David started as a Systems/Business Analyst in 2010 and served as an intermediate between the IT and business departments. In 2013, they became the Systems/Business Analysts Team Lead, where they led a team of analysts. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect, where they designed solutions for the company. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Customer Experience Delivery Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of customer experience projects.
Most recently, David Muscat joined Weavr.io in 2021 as the Head of CX. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of VP Client Success, where they currently work.
David Muscat has a diverse education history. In 2005, they enrolled at the University of Malta, where they pursued a B. Eng. (Hons.) degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecomunications, I.T., and Control Engineering. David completed their studies at the university in 2009.
In 2018, David attended Udacity and completed a short-term program called AI Programming with Python Nanodegree, which focused on Artificial Intelligence.
Continuing their education, in 2017, they received a certification from Agile Center as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, specializing in Product Management.
In 2016, David obtained a Foundation in Business Analysis qualification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, they attended a business communications and business writing course at LEAD, which enhanced their skills in this field.
In 2010, David earned a Java Advanced Diploma from NCC, expanding their knowledge in programming.
Additionally, they gained expertise in project management through a Foundation in Project Management course offered by the Chamber of Engineers, Malta in 2015.
David also completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Exploration program offered by Cisco in 2010, which equipped him with networking skills.
For web design and development, they pursued a Foundation course at MCAST in 2009.
In terms of secondary education, David attended St. Aloysius College from 2003 to 2005 and completed their Advanced Matriculation with a focus on Maths and Physics.
Finally, they obtained a Customer Success Management Level 1 certification from successCOACHING, although the specific time period for this qualification was not provided.
