Joe Blackburn

Joe Blackburn has experience working for multiple companies in various roles. From 2013 to 2018, at Open GI, they served as a Software Release & Configuration Analyst, where they were responsible for building, installing, and configuring Transactor products. Joe also provided support to clients after working hours and assisted colleagues from other teams in identifying configuration-related issues. From 2018 to 2022, Joe worked at CREALOGIX Group as a Production Support Analyst. In this role, they provided support to clients, conducted problem analysis and resolution, and actively monitored and maintained production systems. Currently, since 2022, Joe is working at Weavr.io as a Client Operations Specialist.

Joe Blackburn attended Cams Hill School from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they pursued their education at Fareham College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a BTech IT National Practitioners degree. After completing their studies at Fareham College, Joe Blackburn enrolled at Solent University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Network Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021. Additionally, in April 2018, Joe Blackburn received the ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
