Robert Hess

Robert Hess has over 20 years of experience in the business world and has held various positions at different companies. Robert is currently the COO at Weavy, but they have also been the CEO and founder of TSG, Inc., as well as the Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations at Aerospatiale. In addition to their work in the private sector, Hess has also been a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Digital Future at the Annenberg School of Communication at USC. Throughout their career, Hess has been committed to helping others succeed and has been instrumental in the growth of several different organizations.

Robert Hess has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Robert also has a Board of Directors Certification in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies | The Anderson School of Management at UCLA. In addition, Hess has an International Business Management - Executive Training Program from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Robert is also a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College and the Defense Language Institute. Hess has a Master of Arts in School of International Service (SIS) - Area Studies | Western Europe from The American University. Finally, Hess is a graduate of the US Army Rotary Wing Aviation Course and is certified in UH-1H, OH-58, and UH-1M helicopters.
