Jason Cleland

Jason Cleland is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Systems Administrators at Web.com since August 2007, Jason oversees corporate teams in areas such as NOC, Helpdesk, and Change Management. Prior experience includes roles at Teletech from December 2002 to July 2007, where responsibilities included serving as the I.T. Site Lead and participating in the Computer Incident Response Team. Jason began in technology support as a Desktop Support Associate, addressing technology issues for their center. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Trainer at the Academy of Learning, teaching MCSE and TCP/IP courses, and briefly as a Driver for Canpar Transport L.P. Educational background includes studies at Georgian College and training programs at Microsoft and HiTech Institute.
