Kathrin Doyle Arena

Kathrin Doyle Arena joined Web Industries in May 2016 and is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources. Kathy oversees Globally all HR functions and during her time with Web has formed a professional HR team, implemented HR structure/processes and systems. With over 30 years of HR experience, up through Vice President of Human Resources roles, she has worked in various industries including R&D, engineering/technology, food warehouse distribution, financial services, non-profit, manufacturing and the public sector. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Framingham State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, along with several professional certifications in Coaching, Compensation and Employee Engagement.
