Susan T. Congalton

Susan T. Congalton has served as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Weber since January 2016. Ms. Congalton most recently served as Chairman and CEO of California Amforge Corporation, a metal forging company principally serving the commercial and military aerospace industries, since 2002. Prior to that, she engaged in business consulting and private investments; served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Law, CFO and General Counsel of Carson Pirie Scott & Company in Chicago, lL, and was a Partner in the New York law firm of Reavis & McGrath, where she specialized in corporate and venture capital transactions. Ms. Congalton previously served as a Director of BMO-Harris Financial Corp., where she chaired the Audit and Governance Committees, and as a Director of Pulitzer lnc. Ms. Congalton received a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. from Loretto Heights College.
