Joanne McKay

Joanne McKay currently serves as Interim Chief Operations Officer and Director of Strategy & Business Integration at Webber Wentzel, where responsibilities include supporting the Board in firm strategy formulation, driving annual business planning, and enhancing organizational alignment. Prior experience at Nabarro LLP included roles such as Head of Client Services and Head of Business Development, where achievements encompassed leading key account and client feedback programs, facilitating workshops, and implementing strategic business plans. Joanne's background also features consultancy work with the Business Presentation Group, and HR partnership at The De Beers Group. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and an Honours degree in the same field from the University of Cape Town and UNISA, respectively.
