Liron Fialkov has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Liron is currently the Director of HR at Webbing since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Global HR Manager at CB4 from 2018 to 2020, where they contributed to the development of a software solution for retailers. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Head of HR & Operations at Sensifree, a medical device company. Liron was responsible for managing all aspects of HR, finance, and operations for the company's sites in Israel and the USA. Before that, they served as an HRBP at Stratoscale from 2014 to 2016, where they managed recruitment for various positions. In 2013, they worked at PLAYWISE as a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, handling recruitment and onboarding for positions in Israel and Eastern Europe. Liron also collaborated closely with the parent company, Asian Logic. Liron began their career as a Tech Recruitment Specialist at Dialog Consulting for Human Resources from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on placing Hi-Tech personnel and providing career guidance to candidates.
Liron Fialkov's education history includes attending Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management in 2018 for Organizational Development, obtaining an MBA in Human Resources from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2011 to 2013, and completing a BA in Criminology & Sociology at Bar-Ilan University from 2007 to 2010.
