Maria Noe Silva Villarroel

Maria Noe Silva Villarroel has a wealth of experience in the legal sector. Maria Noe began their career in 2003 as a Liason Officer for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2005, they completed an internship as a Thrird Officer for the Labour Court in Chile. In 2007, they took on the role of Visa Officer for the Australian Embassy. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Legal Counsel for Tata Consultancy Services, where they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated IT, BPO, and Professional Services Contracts in Chile and Peru. Maria Noe also reviewed and negotiated Non Disclosure Agreements and analyzed and identified risks in Bid processes. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at Ariba an SAP company, first as Senior Counsel, providing support regarding corporate matters, and then as Corporate Counsel at Ariba LATAM, where they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated cloud based solutions, IT, BPO, and professional services contracts in Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. Currently, they are the VP Legal for Webdox CLM.

Maria Noe Silva Villarroel has a varied educational background. In 2004, they obtained a Law degree from Universidad Central (CL). In 2008, they obtained a diploma in legal studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Maria Noe also obtained an IELTS Academic certification from the University of Cambridge in 2008. In 2022, they are expected to receive a Diploma of Education from Esade in the field of Legal Operations. Maria Noe is also pursuing a Master's degree in Legal studies from Universidad de Chile.
