This team works on weight-accurate slicing, precise infeeding, and packaging solutions for deli, meat, cheese, and vegan products. They manage everything from software automation to digital engineering and design, ensuring all elements are produced in-house to meet the highest quality standards. The team also leads Weber Academy to train and develop technical expertise, helping maintain and enhance Weber's industry-leading status.
