Adam Williams

Adam Williams is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment. Adam is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Weber Shandwick, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition for IPG DXTRA, starting from June 2019 and continuing in various roles within the same company until 2022. Before joining IPG DXTRA, Adam was the Managing Director for North Asia at NAKAMA, where they successfully led and grew the business from February 2013 to June 2019. Adam also worked as a Recruitment Partner at Step Up Media from August 2011 to February 2013 and as a Principal Consultant at Caritas Recruitment from January 2009 to August 2011. Adam started their career as a Senior Consultant at HCL Workforce Solutions in 2007 and also had a brief stint as a Football Coach at UK International Soccer during the same year. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a track record of driving profitability, and a keen eye for talent acquisition in various industries.

Adam Williams completed the Certified Ontological Coaching and Leadership Program (COCLP) in Executive Coaching at Newfield Institute from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Coaching Science at Teesside University, although the specific start and end years are unknown.
