Anupriya Gupta

Anupriya Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Summer Intern at Noam Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, they joined Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Deputy Manager Human Resources, where they focused on HR business partnering, process design and improvement, risk assessment, and HR analytics. Anupriya then moved on to Godrej Properties Limited in 2014, starting as a Manager and later promoted to Senior Manager. In this role, they led a team, supported the leadership team with talent strategy and data-driven decision-making, and managed projects on HR analytics and administration transformation. In 2018, Anupriya joined Compass as a People Data, Compensation and Analytics professional, and in 2019, they transitioned to Weber Shandwick as a Senior Manager, and later as a Director, focused on compensation and people analytics.

Anupriya Gupta completed their education at two different institutions. From 2004 to 2008, they attended the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.E. Hons.). Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDM) at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon.
