Cynthia Reyes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cynthia is currently the VP of Client Experience at Weber Shandwick, where they contribute to the development of integrated communication and PR plans for both internal and external audiences. Cynthia also oversees healthcare communications to support disease awareness campaigns, product launches, and market access initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Cynthia held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Bang Albino Communications. Earlier in their career, Cynthia worked as a Marketing Project Manager at Searle Pharmaceuticals, overseeing projects related to arthritis and pain, cardiology, and urology.

Cynthia Reyes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Queen's University. Cynthia also has a degree in Marketing from Sheridan College. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

In terms of certifications, Cynthia has completed PAAB Training 3.0 from the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) in August 2022. Cynthia was recognized as the HBA L.E.A.D. Award Winner by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in December 2021. Cynthia is also a certified HBA Mentor, having obtained this certification in January 2021. Cynthia received the Honored Volunteer Award - Toronto Chapter from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association - Entrepreneurship in December 2020. Furthermore, they hold the HLLQP Life License (Ontario) in Financial Services from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), obtained in January 2020. Lastly, Cynthia is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certified by the Yoga Alliance - International since August 2018.
