Defne Karabucak

Defne Karabucak has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. In 2016, they interned at the Center for Employment Opportunities. In 2017, they interned at The Blue-Lab. In 2018, they had multiple internships, including at Powell Spencer and Partners, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, and O'Neill and Associates. In 2019, they joined KWT Global, first as a Fellow, then as an Account Coordinator, and finally as an Associate Account Executive. In 2021, they moved to Weber Shandwick and worked as a Senior Associate until 2022, when they were promoted to Manager.

Defne Karabucak received their high school education from William Penn Charter School from 2011 to 2015 and earned a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Boston University between 2015 and 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, with a focus on General Communication.
