Emma Gonda has a diverse work experience in the fields of user experience (UX) design and quality assurance. Emma started their career at Gilt Groupe, where they worked as a Customer Support Team Lead, Quality, overseeing customer support associates and conducting training sessions to improve quality. Emma was later promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst, where they focused on ensuring site quality and customer experience. Emma then transitioned to a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the project and product development lifecycle and played a crucial role in transitioning to automated testing.

Emma then joined Born as a User Experience Designer and quickly rose to the position of Head of User Experience, leading a team of designers and overseeing a wide range of UX projects for clients in various industries. Finally, they joined Weber Shandwick as the SVP, Creative Director, User Experience, where they managed a lean UX design team and collaborated with cross-functional resources to design product strategies and direct projects.
