Eva Kravvariti MCIPD has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2014 with a position as an HR Intern at Christie's. Eva then moved on to work as an HR Assistant at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Eva worked as an HR Advisor at Omnicom Health Group from 2016 to 2018. Eva then became an HR Advisor at Eni in 2018, specializing in international HR. Eva's most recent experience includes roles at Weber Shandwick, where they worked as a Senior HR Advisor from 2019 to 2021 and later took on positions as Manager of HR and Talent, and Senior Manager of People for EMEA and APAC regions.

Eva Kravvariti MCIPD has a strong educational background in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Analysis, and Economics. Eva completed their MSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis with CIPD accreditation at King's College London from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) in International and European Economics from the University of Macedonia between 2007 and 2012. As part of their undergraduate degree, Eva also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Montpellier in 2010, where they studied Economics.
