Joseph Gielniak

Group Creative Director at Weber Shandwick

Joseph Gielniak has extensive experience in the creative industry, starting in 1995 as an Art Director at Eidos Advertising. Joseph designed packaging for Ball Park Brand products, created in-store materials, and developed promotional graphics for co-op clients such as MGM, Marvel Comics, Disney, and PEZ. At JWT, they served as a Partner and Senior Art Director, leading various projects including Ford CRM, national sweepstakes programs, and print campaigns. Joseph achieved success by gaining new business for JWT, receiving Commodore awards for creative excellence, and earning two consecutive Gold Effies for their work on White Castle. Gielniak then worked at Team Detroit as the Vice President and Senior Art Director before joining Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as an Associate Creative Director. Joseph later became a Creative Director at Commonwealth//McCann and, most recently, held the roles of Freelance Creative and Group Creative Director at Weber Shandwick.

Joseph Gielniak earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Communication from the College for Creative Studies. Joseph attended the college from 1992 to 1995.
