Melissa Legaspi

Melissa Legaspi has extensive experience in the field of communications and public relations. Melissa began their career as a PR Assistant at Edelman Atlanta in 2003, followed by a role as a PR Assistant at 360 Media in Atlanta. In 2004, they worked as a Promotions Assistant at WWWQ-FM All the Hits Q100.5 FM. In 2006, they became a Junior Publicist at Lucid Communications before joining High Road Communications as an Account Coordinator in 2007. Melissa then joined Edelman in 2008 and held various positions, eventually becoming an Account Director in the Consumer Marketing department. Melissa worked at Edelman until 2016 when they moved to Citizen Relations, where they served as an Account Director and Senior Director. Currently, Melissa is the Vice President of Client Experience at Weber Shandwick. Throughout their career, they have developed successful PR strategies and executed campaigns for clients, including Becel, and has demonstrated leadership in driving positive results and raising brand profiles.

Melissa Legaspi completed their Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism at The University of Georgia from 1998 to 2002. Melissa then pursued further education at Georgia State University, where they obtained their Master of Arts in Mass Communications/Public Relations from 2004 to 2006.
