Rachel Hlinko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel began their career at The Second City as a Corporate Communications Intern, where they gained valuable insights into corporate communications and marketing. Following that, Rachel worked as an Assistant Manager at Midoco Art and Supply, where they managed a team and oversaw various retail operations.

In 2009, Rachel joined Edelman as an Earned Media Specialist and worked their way up to become a Senior Account Executive. In this role, they demonstrated expertise in client management, program planning, and budget management. Rachel also maintained strong media relationships and handled pitching efforts on behalf of clients.

Since 2016, Rachel has been with Weber Shandwick in various roles. Rachel started as an Account Manager, Strategy and Engagement, where they managed integrated media programs and collaborated with account leads and agency partners. Rachel then advanced to the position of Senior Manager, Integrated Media, where they led strategic planning for media campaigns and established best practices across the agency. Currently, Rachel holds the title of Director, Integrated Media Strategy, where they continue to contribute to communication programs and brand strategies for multiple clients.

Throughout their career, Rachel has showcased their skills in integrated media strategy, data analysis, and team management. Rachel has proven their ability to develop effective communication programs and achieve key performance indicators.

Rachel Hlinko completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing at Santa Monica College from 2002 to 2005.
