Rodolfo Gonçalves Araújo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rodolfo is currently serving as the Vice President of Latin America at United Minds, a Weber Shandwick consultancy specializing in transformation. In this role, they lead the Latin American operation and utilizes data-driven strategies and creative communications solutions to facilitate positive, lasting change in organizations.
Prior to this, Rodolfo held the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analytics at Weber Shandwick. Rodolfo was responsible for overseeing strategic planning and analytics initiatives.
Rodolfo also worked as the Communications Director at Todos Pela Educação, where they developed and implemented communication strategies focused on improving the quality of public schools in Brazil. Their responsibilities included brand strategy, reputation management, crisis management, and digital PR campaigns.
Additionally, Rodolfo has held leadership positions at Edelman Brasil, Prô, PUC/MG, Laureate International Universities, IED | Istituto Europeo di Design, Brand Purpose, and Thymus Branding. In these roles, they contributed to brand strategy, intelligence and insights, as well as teaching branding and marketing courses.
Throughout their career, Rodolfo has demonstrated their expertise in developing brand strategies, managing communication initiatives, and utilizing data and analytics to drive effective communication efforts.
Rodolfo Gonçalves Araújo has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2003, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Communication/Journalism at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Later, in 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Arts and Communication at the same university. In 2011, they obtained a Specialist degree in Knowledge Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Araújo also completed a Specialist program in literature and creative writing at Instituto Vera Cruz from 2016 to 2018.
Continuing their educational journey, Araújo attended INSEAD in 2018 to pursue a program called "Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption." Rodolfo also attended The Wharton School in the same year for a program called "Customer Analytics." Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, Araújo earned an additional Specialist degree in Complexity Management from Laureate International Universities | Business School Sao Paulo.
To further enhance their expertise, Araújo obtained a certification as a "Prosci Change Management Practitioner" from Prosci in April 2019. This certification focuses on Change Management.
